    Cheyenne, MMP Director of Operations and Growth and Marketing Specialist, is passionate about whole body wellness, with an emphasis on mental wellbeing. As a single mother of three, she deeply understands the challenges of balancing mental health, family, and personal growth. She brings a unique blend of empathy, expertise, and lived experience to the MMP mission, creating a safe and supportive community for individuals to thrive. Her dedication to breaking mental health stigma drives her to provide essential resources and peer support to those seeking healing.

    BUILDING HEALTHY ROUTINES

    Nathan’s been blending his passion for the arts with health and wellness since graduating from NYU for theater and completing his 200 hour yoga certification in 2009. Now based in Los Angeles, he’s taught a wide variety of classes such as yoga, dance, kickboxing, pilates, barre and many more. Using his healing hands in various modalities like water watsu, Thai massage, acro yoga, and sound baths, there seems to be no limit how practices can overlap for a rich well being! Bringing a light-hearted spirit, open mind, and authentic vibe to it all is a must! When he’s not teaching, you can find him making music, creating content online, or chillin with his two 1-year-old kitties.

Now, she’s on a mission to bring back the joy and excitement of step aerobics, a classic fitness routine that combines cardio, coordination, and fun to challenge your bod and uplift your spirit!
